Have your say on the issues that affect your Social Enterprise

When we lobby the Welsh Government, local authorities, support agencies and other institutions, we need the evidence to help improve the support they provide to social enterprises. And that’s where you come in!

The Welsh Social Enterprise Coalition (WSEC) is holding a series of focus groups across Wales to listen to the views of social enterprise leaders on the issues that affect them, and to discuss how we can best represent the views of the sector to policy makers.

Help make WSEC work for you as an effective representative voice for social enterprises in Wales. Whether you run a social enterprise or are interested in setting one up, join us for an honest and open discussion on a wide range of issues including:

  • What are the main barriers to the growth of your social enterprise?
  • How can the awarding of contracts be made simpler and more accessible to social enterprise?
  • What has been your experience of business support?
  • What works well, what doesn’t and how can it be better tailored to the needs of social enterprises?
  • Would you benefit from a business mentor who has been there and done it?

For more information or to book your place, please contact WSEC on 02920 486379 or email Sue Wood.
