Voting rules

 1. A person can vote only once in each of the four award categories. Multiple votes by the same person will be void.

2. All voters must enter personal details in order to validate their vote, and to avoid abuse of the system through duplicate votes. Cylch will not pass your details onto any other company.

3. Employees of a short-listed organisation CANNOT vote for the organisation they work for. However, they can vote for other organisations.

4. Employees of Cylch - The Wales Community Recycling Network and employees of the sponsor companies are excluded from voting entirely.

5. Voting will close on September 2nd 2011. Any votes received after this time will be void.
