Meetings of the full Cylch Board are held quarterly with additional sub committee meetings as required.

Cylch also holds regular Regional Council Meetings for Full Members.
At these meetings, the Membership elects one named representative each for North and South West Wales and two for South East Wales to sit on the Cylch Board. Regional Trustees will function as a direct link between Cylch and its Members.
