Scaling up community sector reuse – Opportunities with construction and demolition materials

Over 10% of building materials are thrown away and over 10% of the UK’s carbon footprint is due to construction products.

Cylch’s Reuse Days 2012 examined how social enterprise could be bridging the gap of what is not yet being reused in the UK. Finding out how scaling up reuse could play a key role in creating new green jobs to grow the local economy, whilst rebuilding our communities, sustainably, at the same time.
