Criteria
There are two categories of Cylch Membership: Full and Associate.
Full Membership
Applicants for Full Membership must be community based organisations actively involved in waste reduction, re-use, recycling or composting projects based in Wales, and also one or a combination of the following:
- Non Profit Distributing Company
- Registered Charity
- Industrial and Provident Society
- Community Interest Company
- Unincorporated association (with a written constitution and a non profit distributing clause)
Full Members are charged using a banded system based on annual turnover.

Associate Membership
Associate Members are organisations or companies providing benefits (including discounted services) to Cylch Full Members. Central and regional statutory organisations and local government departments are included in this category. Associate Members are charged an annual fee of £100.00 + VAT
