Please complete the Membership application form and return to Cylch with all supporting documentation. All Cylch Full Members are also asked to sign up to our Values Statement, which is part of the applicaton form.

Once your information is received, Cylch’s Membership Officer will check the applicant’s eligibility against our Membership criteria.

The Membership Officer summarises details on each applicant and prepares a bimonthly report with recommendations to the Membership Sub Committee of the Cylch Board who will make a decision regarding Membership.

If the required information is not received within 3 months the Membership application is automatically rejected. Those whose applications are not accepted have the right to appeal to the Cylch Board of Trustees.
